Activision Revenue Grew in Q1 2011

Previously had heard the news about the increased revenue from Capcom this year. This time came a news of Activison income that reportedly also increased.

On Monday yesterday, Activision Blizzard said that in the first quarter, they managed to get the net profit and revenue increases. This is all thanks to their video game entitled Call Of Duty is very successful in the market.

Activison Revenues rose from $ 1.310.000.000 to $ 1.450.000.000 an increase of 11 percent. Net income they earned for the first three months of the year to reach $ 503.000.000 or 42 cents per share. That's up 32 percent from the previous $ 381,000,000 or 30 cents per share from last year.

For the current quarter, it expects earnings 19 cents per share or approximately $ 985.000.000.
