A brief description of the CPU to be used for PS Vita has appeared on the Web site of Semiconductor Industry News. Reportedly tersebuat CPU will be in manufacturing by the company Samsung. The plan, will used the CPU 45-nanometer manufacturing systems.
No other details about the materials to be used on Vita PS. However, PS Vita expected to be present at the end of this year. Japan will reportedly be the first place from the launch of Vita PS.
