Nintendo 3DS is the first game console that can provide 3D features without the aid of 3D glasses. But the technology is embedded in the console Nintendo has been accused of violating copyright.
In 2003, someone named Seijira Tomita rumored to have registered these technologies and patents were eventually acquired in August 2008. The patented invention is a technology that can make the tool generate three-dimensional perception without the aid of glasses because of the stereoscopic effect.
Seijira Tomita is a scientist and engineer who worked at Sony Corporation for 30 years. And he patented this technology after his retirement in 2002.
