EA as a leading game publisher says that they are not interested in making 3D games. That's because a lot of television users at home do not have a television that supports the 3D display.
Although the PS3 console now supports 3D display, but the price offered for a 3D television is not cheap. In addition, many people from EA would prefer to make 2D games than 3D.
Conversely, to increase revenue, they plan to focus on social gaming more profitable than making 3D games. One of the social game that EA released namely Dragon Age Legends for Facebook.
